Located on the main floor, the king master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, a built in closet, and an en-suite bathroom that has a shower/tub combo. The en-suite bathroom is spacious with bright colors for the coastal feel. The master bedroom opens up to a patio were you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view of the Bay. The first guest bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet. Draw the curtains to enjoy the spectacular view of the water. Down the hall, the other guest bedroom features a full size bed, flat-screen TV and closet. The loveseat doubles up as a sofa bed for additional sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom is also found on this floor, featuring a shower/tub combo and is shared by the two guest rooms. . Private fenced backyard includes lounge chairs, fire pit, and space for kids to run around and play.
